A heated wheat-filled Cosy Mitt is a fabulous and relaxing way to decrease joint stiffness, reduce pain and inflammation, and relieve muscle spasms in your hands
TO HEAT in the microwave
Only ever heat the Wellness Cosy Mitt from room temperature.
- Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Move the seed around to check that it is evenly heated.
- If more heat is needed, heat in 10 second increments until just right for you.
- Shake the seed around again, insert your hand into the Wellness Cosy Mitt and feel the warmth seeping into your hand, soothing aches and pains.
To Freeze
- If freezing will work for you, for example to reduce inflammation, place the Cosy Mitt in a freezer bag and freeze for a minimum of two hours.
- Shake the seeds around then insert hand.

CARE OF YOUR WELLNESS COSY MITT
Regularly check the Cosy Mitt is undamaged, clean and dry.
DO NOT WASH - spot clean only.
ONGOING - Every few uses, put a cup of water in the microwave to ensure the wheat doesn’t dry out too much.
